Prepaid Credit Cards

A prepaid credit card spends money that has already been deposited by its cardholder beforehand. Those with no credit or poor credit often have to use prepaid credit cards before they qualify for regular cards. Credit card companies see such people as high risk cardholders and, as such, need some reassurance before extending a large line of credit to them.
